If you’ve been to the movies within the last decade, you’re already familiar with the stage and screen stylings of Keith Robinson----seen in film favorites such as This Christmas, Dreamgirls and Get On Up. Remember that mellow mid-tempo vibe and the double-timed lyrics that the late Luther Vandross introduced us to in his forever-classic smash, “Never Too Much”? Well, you won’t exactly mistake Keith for the former but you’ll instantly marvel at his fluid falsetto, the nimble wordplay he uses to pour out his heart and how Robinson practically pleads his case like Jonnie Cochran, running the full range of the vocal scale amid finger snaps, a pulsing rhythm and keyboard flourishes for his intended boo to not “[don’t] push him away” as he fervently offers his love and devotion, “right in [her] your face.”

Looks like no matter the medium, Keith Robinson delivers and is practically destined to become a part of your musical collection as much as he currently occupies your stack of DVDs.
