(May 13, 2015) Lindsey Webster is a new singer with an old soul. Unlike many current pop and R&B singers, she is firmly rooted in traditional instrumentation and, more importantly, song crafting. That combined with her smooth, unaltered voice, gives a musical feel that captures many of the classic elements of the 70s and 80s.
Lindsey is preparing for the release of her sophomore album, You Change, coming July 7, and it looks to be a winner. So we're proud to present the World Premiere of the upcoming single from that album, the smooth "Open Up," which will be available on Tuesday, May 19th. Says Lindsey about the song: "Everyone loves a good love song. 'Open Up' is a love song in a non-traditional sense. It's a self-love anthem that says you are good enough as you are. If we, as a whole, could realize our own potential we would see a change in society. And really where our realization would come from is by knowing that we are worthy of nothing else but love. My hope with 'Open Up' is to lift people's spirits so that they will open themselves up to all that there is."
