(December 30, 2019) Without a doubt, one of the great R&B songs of the 1980s was the tremendously funky Chaka Khan gem, “I Feel For You.” With revolutionary production by Arif Mardin and guest work from the great Stevie Wonder and Melle Mel, the song became a top 10 song on both the pop and R&B charts in 1984, and gave Chaka’s solo career a well deserved boost.
