Rob Johnson, aka "Race," was one of the first artists we ever reviewed on SoulTracks and we have followed the Asbury Park, NY singer and songwriter ever since. We loved his album As One a couple years ago as part of the duo rAcemusic, and we've been waiting to hear more.Well, Rob is back with an upcoming solo project and we're proud to be presenting the World Premiere of the first single from the album, "Never Give In." As Rob describes it: "Never Give In" is about the little voice inside our soul that tells us to keep going through the trails, tribulations, change and growth of life. It's about following your intuition. It's about keeping the faith and never losing hope. There is a force inside of us of the good, and rooting for us. If we channel that, and push ourselves to rise above... the sky's the limit!
