Earlier this year, we introduced SoulTrackers to Samuel David Sanders when we debuted the song "Make You Mine," which went on to become a hit on the DSG label. Sanders is a young singer-songwriter and producer from Elgin, South Carolina who is currently attending the University of South Carolina pursuing a Biology degree with a minor in music.
Samuel began singing in church at the early age of 10 and quickly grabbed the attention of his family and friends after discovering his ability to hear and play melodies on the piano without any training. He developed into a singer with a rich, powerful and soulful voice and also writes his own material.
Samuel will be issuing his second single, "Thinking Out Loud," on June 22, but we have a sneak peek of the Nigel Lowis remix, which has a distinct Philly sound to it. And hot blue-eyed soul newcomers, the McCrei sisters, are singing background. He takes this Ed Sheeren #1 hit an entirely new direction.
