(November 14, 2017) Plenty of people want to talk about it, but fewer are ready to be about ‘keeping it real’: diets are loaded with chemicals, hair has price tags, body parts are augmented and the one with the most airbrushed photos win the most followers. What lasts, however, endures beyond the falseness and filters, the type of inborne beauty that Stokley is paying homage to in his just-released second single from Introducing and video, “Organic.”

Juxtaposing Williams and an varied assembly of ladies, “Organic” is artistically rendered with stop/start animation, colorful cut-and-paste graphics, layering simple illustrated NYC backdrops that underscore the musical mantra therein----less is best; “You’re what I like, your shape your size…a GMO, God-Modified Original/If you hear me lady you’re beautiful, just you.”

After the Top Ten Adult R&B chart success of “Level,” “Organic’s” subsequent climb is all but assured when accompanied by such an eye-catching and cliché-free video, capturing Stokley’s intensity, charisma and charms. Anybody can tell you to “keep it real,” but this particular “Organic” goes down more smoothly than most.
