This Detroit based duo Thee 1 Nation is the teaming of local music veterans of Dewayne "Loc" Lomax and Diane "Di" Mathis. SoulTrackers may be familiar with them from their time as members of the band E-Life or from Loc’s work as drummer with The Dramatics, The Floaters, David Ruffin and a “who’s who” of soul artists and bands.
