LA-based singer/songwriter/actor Javen Campbell has carved a successful career for himself as a sort of modern day Renaissance Man. He's starred off Broadway in The Rock and the Rabbi, on screen in the 2006 movie One Night with the King, on the circuit as a motivation speaker, on television as the co-host of a BET show and, most importantly, as a successful independent Soul and Gospel singer who has sold over 100,000 albums.
His 2002 debut single "Never Give Up On Love" landed high on the Christian charts and was followed by a successful self-titled debut album on Word Records. The next year he released his first independent album, Change, which gathered steam around the world for nearly two years. And in 2006 he released Believer, working with such notable artists as Deitrick Haddon, Israel Houghton and All-4-One's Jamie Jones.
The first single from Believer, "Another Day," hit the top ten on the Gospel Music Channel charts during the first week in November 2006.
