(May 10, 2018) Ever since the hit miniseries honoring the history of New Edition, fans have been clamoring for the long-awaited new album by the group, as well as a big tour. Well, those plans went a bit sideways this week, as rumors of discord within the group were validated by an announcement by Bobby Brown on Twitter that four members of the legendary group -- minus lead singers Johnny Gill and Ralph Tresvant -- would be touring this summer under the moniker RBRM, or the old "Cool It Now" call, "Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky and Mike."

This version of the group will no doubt get fans to show at their announced Atlanta and Detroit shows, but it is a blow for the millions who were hoping for a full group tour. Our guess is that we haven't heard the last of this.
