Best known for no. 1 hit ‘U Know What’s Up’ and ‘Where I Wanna Be,’ of the same titled 1999 platinum selling album, he has consistently produced albums loved by critics and listeners alike since he arrived on the soul scene. Hailing from Chicago’s southside, he has lived and breathed music since he was 8 years old, his professional career took off in 1993.
