DETROIT - On Friday, August 26, Urban Organic will bring Grammy nominated and SoulTracks Readers' Choice Award winner Anthony David to town. He will perform a live concert at the Cliff Bells, located on 2030 Park Ave in downtown Detroit.
The singer and songwriter will deliver an intimate concert experience for fans and music enthusiasts alike. He is promoting his upcoming album, "As Above, So Below," scheduled to release in October. David, who has a loyal and growing Detroit fan-base, will be performing music from his previous releases as well as new music from his forthcoming album. His fans can anticipate an exhilarating evening of soul as David delivers one of his trademark ear and eye-riveting performances.
Detroit's own Charity and MJ Robinson will open the show, as acclaimed fashion photographer/activist/tastemaker Piper Carter serves as host for the evening.
"We view ourselves as purveyors of fine talent, and this occasion will serve as testament to this idea as we have some of the finest emerging local talent as well as David, an established live performance powerhouse.
