(December 2, 2019) For many soul music fans, Jill Scott was the voice of the first decade of the 21st century. And Miss Scott has announced in Billboard Magazine that she will be commemorating the 20th anniversary of her iconic debut album, Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Volume 1, with a national tour beginning in February.

The show will follow, track by track, Who Is Jill Scott?, including such UAC staples as “A Long Walk” and “He Loves Me.”

Scott told Billboard’s Gail Mitchell, “I will create musical arrangements for the songs purposed with new energy, but keep the integrity of the original songs they love. Expect theater. Expect incredible musicianship. Expect love.”
