Vote Now! The Best Albums of the 2000s
Well, we've had a great time the last couple months, as SoulTrackers have been choosing their favorite albums of the 1970s
1980s and 1990s (See the results HERE). So we're doing it again this month by having you pick the Greatest
Soul Albums of the 2000s. SoulTrackers provided us with hundreds of nominations and we've narrowed it down to a great selection of memorable albums from this decade.
Some rules to remember:
- Only studio albums of new music count (no live or greatest hits albums)
- The album must have been initially released between 2000 and 2009
- Only one ballot per computer

I love that there is a site to express the appreciation of music. Some of the lyrics in the songs you can apply(to a particular situation)in your life. I voted for my ALL-Time artist Mr.Vandross,album. My song is ALL of them :-), but in particular track 14 "Love Forgot" Beautiful, just beautiful. Also tracks 3,4,6,7,10,12. I said "ALL" of them LOL. Thank you Soul Tracks, for the site.

I was all set to vote until I followed the list and noticed that Mint Condition was no where to be found. Living the Luxury Brown is absolutely one of the greatest of the decade and it didn't even make the list? I don't think so. I'll have to pass on this one.
Yeah, Where is Mint

Yeah, Where is Mint Condition at, R&B's last surviving band of the 90's?? They had a huge comeback with 2005's "Livin' the Luxury Brown", which went No. 1 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums Chart! 2008's "E-Life" went No.8 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart, plus their last single "Nothing Left to Say" went to No.4 on Billboard's Hot Adult R&B Airplay (No.3 on Mediabase's Urban AC Airplay Chart)
