European SoulTrackers have been following the career of talented Al Castellana for awhile now. And over the past couple of years Al has begun to receive much deserved love stateside, too.
Al is getting ready to release his new album, Souledoscopic Luv, on April 16, and he’s given us a sneak peek with a sumptuous midtempo number, “A Man Like Me.” The cut was written and produced with Al's longtime artistic partner and producer Daniele "Speed" Dibiaggio. It has a classic soul aura about it but with a nice adult soul touch.
