March 6, 2018 – Orgone is an LA-based funk ensemble that draws its inspiration from the sounds and textures of Memphis soul, hip hop, Latin jazz, and house music. Founded in the late 90’s by lead guitarist Sergio Rios, a very tasty Santana-influenced player, the band features the powerful lead vocals of Adryon de León and a groovalicious mix of horns, keys, and assorted, polyrhythmic percussion.  The band’s new album, Undercover Mixtape, released on February 2nd, includes 13-tracks of impeccable musicianship and feel.

We feature here a cut from the new record, “It Ain’t No Use,” in which Rios’s guitar soars alongside de León’s passionate vocals.  Enjoy.
